DHAKA, Jan 21, 2026 (BSS) - Sylhet Titans skipper Mehidy Hasan Miraz won the
toss and sent Rajshahi Warriors into bat first in the crucial Bangladesh
Premier League (BPL) Qualifier-2 game at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket
Stadium today.

The winner will move to the final, where they will meet Chattogram Royals on
Friday for the coveted trophy.

Sylhet moved to the Qualifier-2 by sealing a thrilling three-wicket victory
over Rangpur Riders, courtesy of a sensational last-ball six from Chris
Woakes.

Rajshahi, which topped the group phase, lost the Qualifier-1 to Chattogram to
squander the chance to move to the final in first attempt.
However, the Qualifier-2 game is another chance for them to give a shot at
the final.

Rajshahi, however, got a boost ahead of the knock out match as New Zealand
star Kane Williamson joined the side just ahead of the game.
The two sides met twice in the group phase with Rajshahi winning both of the
matches convincingly.

As per the previous result Rajshahi should be favourite but Sylhet are now
high on confidence following their sensational victory against Rangpur.

Line Ups:
Rajshahi Warriors: Sahibzada Farhan, Tanzid Hasan Tamim, Najmul Hossain
Shanto (captain), Kane Williamson, Mushfiqur Rahim, James Neesham, SM
