Women's team holds first training session in Goa

DHAKA, May 22, 2026 (BSS) - The Bangladesh women's national football team held their first training session in Goa this morning following their arrival on Thursday evening from Thailand, as part of preparations for the upcoming SAFF Women's Championship 2026.

The session took place at the Don Bosco training ground and focused on recovery and official tournament preparation.

Training began with warm-up exercises, followed by passing drills and possession-based games. The session concluded with finishing drills as the coaching staff intensified preparations ahead of the regional tournament.

According to team officials, all players and staff members are in good condition, and no injuries have been reported within the squad so far.
