DHAKA, June 22, 2026 (BSS) - Magura U-17 football team emerged champion in the 
Under-17 National Football Championship beating Jamalpur U-17 football team 
by 4-2 goals in tie breaker in the exciting final held at Birshreshtha 
Shaheed Sepoy Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Stadium in the city's Kamlapur today 
(Monday).

The match rolled in to tie breaker after the stipulated time ended in a 
goalless draw.

In the shootout, Kaif, Hossain, Jihad and Al Amin) converted their penalties 
for Magura. For Jamalpur, Mohadir and Abir Hossain successfully found the 
net.

Ismail Hossain Rakib of Magura was adjudged the player of the final while 
Yeamen Hossain of the same team was named the player of the tournament.
