First Eid congregation held in Khagrachari in peaceful atmosphere

KHAGRACHARI, Mar 21, 2026 (BSS) - Holy Eid-ul-Fitr prayers were held in the district with religious fervour and due solemnity.

The first congregation was held at the central Eidgah ground at 8 am today. 

Khagrachari Central Shahi Jame Mosque's Khatib Maulana Mufti Abdun Nabi Haqqani conducted the the prayer.

Khagrachhari District BNP President Abdul Wadud Bhuiyan, MP, participated in the first congregation of Eid-ul-Fitr. 

Deputy Commissioner Md. Anwar Sadat, District BNP General Secretary MN Absar, leaders of different political parties and thousands of devotees participated in the congregation.

After the Eid prayers the devotees offered munajat for the peace and well-being of the country and the people.
