DHAKA, Sept 10, 2025 (BSS) - BanglaFact, a fact-checking and media research team of Press Institute of Bangladesh (PIB), has identified a video of a brutal attack during the Awami League (AL) tenure which is being circulated as the footage of an recent clash. 

The research team found that a video has recently been circulated on social media claiming brutal attacks on people during the tenure of the interim government.

The team verified that the video is not from the recent or interim government period. In fact, the video is from June 2024, the previous AL government period, they added.
