DHAKA, Feb 18, 2025 (BSS)- Bogura and Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Prothistan (BKSP) reached boys' section final of the national round of Youth Kabaddi competition eliminating their respective rivals in the semifinals held at Paltan ground in the city on Tuesday.

On the occasion of Festival of Youth 2025, Bangladesh Kabaddi Federation has been organizing the competition.

In the girls' section semifinals, Joypurhat and Rangamati districts confirmed their spot of final eliminating their respective rivals in the semifinals also held at the same venue.

Bogura face BKSP while Joypurhat meet Rangamati in their respective boys' and girls' sections final this afternoon.

Earlier on the day, Bogura beat Lalmonirhat by 39-23 points in the boys' section first semifinal after leading the first half by 16-9 points while BKSP defeated Sylhet by 49-21 points after dominating the first half by 18-0 points in the second semis.

Besides, Joypurhat beat Narail by 39-36 points in tie breaker in the girls' section first semifinal match after the stipulated time was locked by 32-32 points while the second semifinal match also rolled into a tie breaker as Rangamati beat Barisal by 27-26 points after the regulation time ended by 21- 21 points.
