DHAKA, April 28, 2025 (BSS) - The results of the admission test for the first year of 'C' unit (Honours) of 19 universities in the cluster for the 2024-25 academic year have been published.
Mawlana Bhashani Science and Technology University Vice-Chancellor and Convener of the admission test organizing committee of cluster universities Professor Dr Md Anwarul Azim Akhand confirmed it to BSS today.
He said that 13,660 examinees got pass marks, i.e. 30 or more marks, in the 'C' unit admission test while 7,898 candidates have failed.
Professor Akhand also said that six answer sheets have been canceled. The highest score obtained in 'C' unit is 90.25 and the attendance ratio in the exam is 93.50 percent, he said, adding the absence rate is 6.50 percent.
The 'C' unit exam was held in 20 centers across the country, including Dhaka, from 11 am to 12 noon on April 25. A total of 23,064 candidates applied in the exam while 21,564 candidates participated in the exam.
Dhaka Education Board student Rufaida Noor became first with the highest score of 90.25. MD Nafis Islam of the same board became second with 88.25. Chattogram Board student Anindro Chowdhury became third with 87 number.
