Khalid mourns death of Islamic scholar Sulṭan Zauq Nadwi

DHAKA, May 3, 2025 (BSS) – Religious Affairs Adviser Dr AFM Khalid Hossain today expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Sulṭan Zauq Nadwi, an Islamic scholar, author and the founder of Jamiah Darul Ma'arif Al-Islamia of Chattogram.

In a condolence message, the adviser prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul of Sulṭan Zauq Nadwi and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.

Sulṭan Zauq Nadwi passed way while undergoing treatment at Evercare Hospital in Chattogram in the early hours of today at the age of 86.
