DHAKA, May 4, 2025 (BSS) - Detective Branch (DB) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) today arrested Md Nurul Haque, general secretary of Dohar Thana unit of Awami League (AL), from the capital city's Segunbagicha area.

Deputy Commissioner of DB (Media and Public Relations) Muhammad Talebur Rahman confirmed the arrest.

The detainee is an accused in multiple cases related to the July Uprising and will be produced before the court today.
