DHAKA, May 04, 2025 (BSS) - A court here today ordered to seize 190 vehicles of Ena and Starline Paribahan, owned by Khandker Enayet Ullah, ex-general secretary of Bangladesh Road Transport Owners' Association.

Dhaka Metropolitan Senior Special Judge Md Zakir Hossain Galib passed the order, allowing a petition of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC).

The vehicles are registered to the name of Khandker Enayet Ullah, his wife Nargis Samsad, son Ridwanul Ashik Niloy, daughter Chamshey Jahan Nishi and other organizations have their interests.

The ACC in its petition said the seizure is important as the commission is probing allegations against Enayet Ullah and his family members of financial irregularities and money laundering.

The ACC said Enayet Ullah and his family members are trying to sell out or transfer their ownership of the transports elsewhere. For this reason, it is necessary to seize all those vehicles.
