DHAKA, July 25, 2025 (BSS) - BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi Ahmed today met with the family of two siblings -- Nazia and Nafir -- who tragically lost their lives in a jet crash at Milestone School and College in Uttara.

Rizvi Ahmed visited the house of the deceased in capital's Turag area at the directive of the party's acting chairman Tarique Rahman.

Ashraful Alam, father of martyred Nazia-Nafir, became emotional after meeting with the BNP Senior Joint Secretary General. He demanded that no one else to be buried on his children's graves in future.

"Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman has been keeping a close eye on all of you since the Milestone incident. There can be no greater grief than the pain of losing a child. We will inform the concerned authorities so that no one else is buried on the graves of your children," Rizvi consoled the father of two children.

National Burn Institute Registrar Dr. Shariful Islam, JASAS Joint Convener Jahedul Alam Hito and Central Chhatra Dal Vice President Dr. Awal, physicians at the Uttara Adhunik Medical Muntasir, Tasin and Musaddiq were present at that time.
