DHAKA, July 26, 2025 (BSS) - Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Senior Joint Secretary General Adv. Ruhul Kabir Rizvi Ahmed today met the family of Afnan Faiyaz, who was killed in the crash of a Bangladesh Air Force fighter jet into Milestone School and College in Uttara in the capital.

He met the family of the deceased on behalf of BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman this morning.

Afnan Faiyaz's father Md Abdus got emotional after meeting the BNP Senior Joint Secretary General.

Ruhul Kabir Rizvi said, "Tarique Rahman has been keeping an eye on all of you since the Milestone incident."

"Nothing compares to your suffering. We have come to you only on behalf of Tarique Rahman. Afnan Faiyaz was a very talented student. May Allah grant the talented Fayyaz heaven," he said.

BNP Health Secretary Dr. Md. Rafiqul Islam, Central Chhatra Dal Vice President Dr. Touhidur Rahman Awal and Chhatra Dal leader Dr. Sabbir were present, among others.
