BNP leaders visit home of guardian killed in jet crash at Milestone School

Dhaka, July 26, 2025 (BSS) – A delegation of BNP led by its Joint Secretary General Habib Un Nabi Khan Sohel went to inquire about the family of guardian Rajni Islam, who was killed into the crash of an Air Force training fighter jet at the Milestone School and College campus.

At the instructions of BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman, he visited the home of the deceased in Uttara's Diabari area today and expressed deep condolences to the bereaved family on behalf of Tarique Rahman, according to BNP Media Cell.

Rajni Islam's husband Zahurul Islam, daughter Jhumjhum (Class V), son Ruhan (Class VI) and family members were present at the time.

Dhaka Metropolitan North BNP member secretary Mustafa Zaman, former general secretary of the Dhaka Metropolitan South unit of Swechchhasebak Dal’s Nazrul Islam Noman, Koko Memorial Football Board member Rashed Ul Haque Sarkar, Swechchhasebak Dal assistant organizing secretary Mohirul Islam Tipu, its member Rafid Sarkar Nathik, Dhaka Metropolitan North Swechchhasebak Dal member Shohag Mahmud and youth leader Tanvir Ahmed were present.
