Mirza Fakhrul mourns death of Anwarul Islam Tuton

DHAKA, Aug 12, 2025 (BSS) - BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Anwarul Islam Tuton, former joint convener of Kalmakanda upazila unit of BNP and former president of upazila Jubo Dal under Netrokona district.

Anwarul Islam Tuton passed away while undergoing treatment at a hospital in India on Monday.

In a condolence message, Mirza Fakhrul said Tuton was a dedicated leader who played a significant role in strengthening the Kalmakanda upazila BNP and Jubo Dal.

The BNP secretary general prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed his heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved family members, relatives, and well-wishers.
