Jamaat delegation participates in foreign investment summit

DHAKA, Aug 13, 2025 (BSS) – A high-level delegation from Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami today participated in the “Foreign Investment Summit 2025” at a city hotel. 

BRAC EPL Stock Brokerage Limited organized the event while a big team of top Japanese business leaders, along with investors from different countries and senior officials from the embassies of Saudi Arabia, Canada, and Japan in Bangladesh joined it. 

Exchanging views with the foreign investors, Jamaat’s Central Executive Council Member Mohammad Mobarak Hossain urged them to invest in Bangladesh taking the opportunities of investment-friendly environment in the country. 

Noting that Bangladesh has enormous opportunities and potentials for investment, he said “We are committed to ensuring business security and a favorable environment for investors”.

The Jamaat delegation expressed the hope that such international summits would open new horizons for industrialization, employment generation and foreign investment in Bangladesh.

The participants in the summit discussed on different issues including investment potentials, industrial development, technology transfer, and strengthening mutual economic cooperation in Bangladesh.
