DHAKA, Aug 26, 2025 (BSS) - Zia Parishad Vice-Chairman Dr. Md. Abdul Latif 
has been given the charge of acting chairman of the organisation.

Latif is serving as the Vice-Chancellor of the capital's Sher-e-Bangla 
Agricultural University, said a press release here today.

The decision was taken following the recent approval of BNP Acting Chairman 
Tarique Rahman while the Chairman of the organisation Dr. Abdul Quddus has 
been undergoing treatment at National Institute of Neurosciences and Hospital 
in the capital for a long.
