Tarique Rahman stands by families of July martyrs, injured in Jamalpur

DHAKA, Aug 27, 2025 (BSS) – Amra BNP Paribar today provided financial assistance and auto rickshaw to the families of martyrs and injured in the 2024 mass uprising of students and the public in Jamalpur district.

At the directive of BNP Acting Chairman and Amra BNP Paribar chief patron Tarique Rahman, financial assistance was provided to three martyred families, medical assistance to 14 injured families and an auto rickshaw to a family of critically injured at the Dewanganj Girls High School ground in Jamalpur.

BNP Senior Joint Secretary General and Amra BNP Paribar Chief Adviser Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi Ahmed joined the programme as the chief guest while Convener of BNP Media Cell Professor Dr. Moudud Hossain Alamgir Pavel was the main speaker.

Amra BNP Paribar Advisers-BNP Joint Secretary General Shahiduddin Chowdhury Annie, BNP Central Treasurer M. Rashiduzzaman Millat, Md. Abul Kashem and Engineer Mostafa-e Zaman Selim spoke as the special guests with Convener of Amra BNP Paribar Atiqur Rahman Rumon in the chair.

Organization’s member secretary agriculturist Moksedul Momin Mithun, and journalist Zahidul Islam Rony, organization members Masud Rana Liton, Mustakim Billah, Shakil Ahmed, Farhad Ali Sajeeb, Shahadat Hossain, among others, were also present.
