DHAKA, Apr 30, 2026 (BSS) - Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has arrested 61 individuals in a crackdown by its Tejgaon Division targeting various crimes.

The drive, conducted on Wednesday, led to the seizure of 102,000 yaba tablets, a revolver, and a mobile phone from the suspects, according to a DMP press release.

The arrests were made across several police station areas under the Tejgaon Division. 

All detainees have been sent to court.
