National football team off to Nepal

DHAKA, Sept 3, 2025 (BSS)-The Bangladesh national football team departed for Nepal today (Wednesday) evening to play two-match FIFA Tier-1 Int’l Friendlies against host Nepal during the FIFA international window.

The matches are scheduled to be held on September 6 and 9 in Kathmandu. 
Earlier, on the day, Bangladesh Football Federation announced a 23-member squad for the two-match friendlies.

Bangladesh squad:
Sujon Hossain, Mehedi Hasan, Rahmat Mia, Topu Barman, Mohammad Ridoy, Jamal Bhuyan, Md Taj Uddin, Arif Hossain, Md Sahriar Emon, Rakib Hossain, Md Foysal Ahmed Fahim, Md Abdullah Omar, Mitul Marma, Tariq Kazi, Papon Singh, Md Sohel Rana, Sohel Rana, Md Isa Faysal, Mohammad Ibrahim, Sumon Reza, Syed Shah Quazem Kirmanee, Md Saad Uddin and Pappu Hossain.
