NATORE, March 17, 2025 (BSS) – Police today arrested Awami League district unit member and former chairman of Bagatipara Upazila Parishad, Md Ahidul Islam Gakul.
According to the police, Gakul was arrested under the ‘Devil Hunt’ drive for his alleged involvement in activities aimed at creating instability in society.
Legal action has been taken against Gakul, who is the younger brother of former lawmaker Shahidul Islam Bakul.
