BNP holds courtyard meeting in Bagerhat promoting 31-point agenda

BAGERHAT, Oct 14, 2025 (BSS) - The Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) has organized a courtyard meeting with women in Mollahat upazila of the district to raise awareness and seek public support for its 31-point agenda announced by the party's Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman.

Held at the Meherpur Kali Mandir premises under Udaypur Union on Monday afternoon, the event was organized as part of BNP's ongoing mass campaign.

Speakers at the meeting emphasized the importance of women's participation in building a democratic and accountable state.

District BNP Convening Committee member Engineer Masud Rana said, "BNP is a party of the people. Restoring democracy and ensuring people's empowerment is only possible through reforms of the state structure."

Former Member Secretary of Thana BNP Ekramul Haque Sabu Sikder, General Secretary Shimul Chowdhury, and local BNP leaders Md Habib Farazi, Nayan Kazi, Suk Master, and Md Hasan Sikder were also present.
