DHAKA, May 19, 2025 (BSS) - Fact-checking platform BanglaFact, operated by the Press Institute of Bangladesh (PIB), has identified that a video of arson attack on a bus that took place in 2023 is being circulated as a recent one.

BanglaFact's investigation found that the video of the bus being set on fire is not recent. 

In fact, the fact-check and media research team of BanglaFact mentioned that this is a video of a Welcome Paribahan bus being set on fire in Shyamoli in the capital during the BNP-called blockade in 2023.
