DHAKA, Aug 19, 2025 (BSS)- The second round of Ruchi 36th National Women’s Handball competition begins at Shaheed Captain M Mansur Ali National Handball Stadium in the capital tomorrow  (Wednesday).

A total of nine teams, split into two groups, will take part in the second phase.

The second phase’s teams are - Jamalpur, Naogaon, Jahangirnagar University, Panchagarh, Narail, Jessore, Dhaka, Bogra and Gopalganj DSAs.

After the second round, the top four teams from first and second phase will play semi-finals on August 24. The final of the competition is slated for August 25.

Earlier, Bangladesh Ansar and Bangladesh Police reached semifinal as group top.
