GAIBANDHA, Mar 16, 2025 (BSS) - A monthly meeting of district development coordination committee (DDCC) was held at the DC office conference room here today. 

The DDCC meeting discussed elaborately about development issues of different departments including district administration, zila parishad, police, health, public works, roads and highways, BWDB, agriculture, LGED, public health engineering, livestock, fisheries, electricity, education, family planning, food and youth development. 

Deputy Commissioner Choudhury Muazzam Ahmed presided over the meeting while additional deputy commissioner (General) AKM Hedayetul Islam moderated the function.

In the meeting, the district level officials presented their development activities being implemented by their respective department as per the directives of the authorities concerned to push forward the backward district towards desired progress and advancement.

Speaking on the occasion, DC Choudhury Muazzam Ahmed urged the officials to discharge their duties with utmost sincerity and honesty to speed up the departmental development activities in the district to help the government build happy, prosperous beautiful Bangladesh. 

District level officials, UNOs, and assistant commissioners of DC office participated in the meeting.
