Dr Aman Ullah appointed senior medical officer at PMO

DHAKA, Feb 22, 2026 (BSS) - The government has appointed Dr Shah Muhammad Aman Ullah, a medical officer at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH), as the Senior Medical Officer at the Prime Minister's Office (PMO).

The appointment was announced through a gazette notification issued today by the Ministry of Public Administration today.

According to the notification, signed by Deputy Secretary Mohammad Nur-A-Alam, Dr Ullah has been transferred from Dhaka Medical College Hospital and assigned to the PMO on deputation. He will serve in the post of Senior Medical Officer.

The order takes immediate effect in the public interest.
