GAIBANDHA, March 29, 2025 (BSS) - One person was killed and three others were injured in a road accident in the Palanpara area under Sadullapur upazila this morning.

Superintendent of Highway Police, Rangpur region, Mohammad Tariqul Islam, said that a furniture-laden pickup van collided with a tractor on the Palashbari-Rangpur Highway around 9:00 am, leaving four people injured.

The injured were taken to Pirganj Upazila Health Complex, where Musa, 23, son of Nurul Haque from Baniatari village under Nageswari upazila in Kurigram district, succumbed to his injuries.
