NAOGAON, June 22, 2025 (BSS) - Six successful entrepreneurs in the agriculture, fisheries and livestock sectors have been honored under the Agriculture Unit run with the support of Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF).

Deputy Director of Department of Agricultural Extension (DAE) Abul Kalam Azad handed over the honorary award as the chief guest at a function at Hapnia branch of Sadar upazila this morning. The programme was organized by the Non-Government Development Organization ‘Moushumi’. 

Upazila Livestock Officer Dr. Aminul Islam, Senior Fisheries Officers of Sadar upazila Baizid Alam and Nuruzzaman Roni, Deputy Assistant Director of Moushumi Liaqat Ali and other officers and employees of the Agriculture Unit were present.

The organizers and participants hoped that the award ceremony for successful agricultural entrepreneurs will increase enthusiasm among the entrepreneurs and play a unique role in the development of sustainable agriculture, fisheries and livestock.
